A. The software may have come pre-installed, but you need to purchase a virus definition subscription each year. Virus definitions tell the software what new viruses to look for.
Q. What is Vista and should I upgrade?
A. Vista is the latest Operating System released by Microsoft. It provides many new features and enhancements, but with new features comes more complexity. In addition, all software applications and hardware may not be compatible with Vista.

A. ConnX staff will sit down with you and work out a project proposal with a predetermined fixed cost for easier evaluation and planning.

A. ConnX can schedule a conference call to fit into your schedule and provides a free pick-up/delivery service to work on your computer in our shop.
