Consultation can be contracted on an as-needed basis, by the project, or by putting us on retainer. These options will allow all Individuals or Businesses to find a solution that is best for them.
As Needed
On-Site Visit (Home): $60 /hr - 1 Hr. Minimum
On-Site Visit (Business): $80 /hr - 1 Hr. Minimum
In-Shop Computer Repair (Home): $125 per computer
Web hosting: $10 per month
Most likely, we will want to conduct an initial conversation regarding what you require of us, preferably in person or over the phone. Email discussions are always available, but remember it takes longer to type than to talk.
Per Project
If you have a project that you would like a consultant to take care, feel free to give us a call. We will give you a free estimate for your project and a detailed project plan to help you evaluate your costs. A 10% down payment will be required and the rate will be reduced to $70 /hr.
Retainer
Connx can be placed on full retainer with your company by purchasing support in blocks of time. An itemized invoice will be provided and renewal notices will be sent out. The reduced rate of $70/hour will be applied to a retainer contract of between 40 and 99 hours. A $60 /hour rate will be applied with a minimum of 100 hours.
